Full gut-and-rebuild of a dated 1990s kitchen. Removed a load-bearing wall to open the floor plan, installed new hardwood flooring throughout, added custom soft-close cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a tile backsplash. Coordinated plumbing rough-in relocation and new under-cabinet lighting.

Duration: 2 days

Full tear-off and replacement of a 2,800 sq ft residential roof after hail damage. Replaced decking in three damaged sections, installed new ice and water barrier, and completed the job with 30-year architectural shingles. Worked directly with the homeowner's insurance adjuster throughout the claim process.

Designed and built a 500 sq ft pressure-treated deck with an attached cedar pergola. Included built-in bench seating, a privacy screen on one side, and a dedicated circuit for exterior lighting and a ceiling fan. All permits pulled and inspections passed.

Complete master bath gut and remodel — new layout to improve traffic flow and add a double vanity. Installed a frameless glass walk-in shower with large-format tile, soaking tub, heated floor tile, and custom floating vanity with vessel sinks. Full plumbing rough-in relocation included.

Exterior repaint of a 2,400 sq ft two-story home including all trim, shutters, and front door. Repaired three sections of damaged Hardie board siding before painting. Full surface prep including power washing, caulking, and priming all bare wood. Two coats of premium exterior paint applied.
